DIRECTIONS

Step One:

Drain water off tofu, then cut it into 4. Salt and pepper it.

Step Two:

Heat cooking oil in a pan, then saute tofu on both sides.

Step Three:

When it is golden brown, sprinkle green onion, bonito shavings and smoked butter on top, then pour soy sauce.
