DIRECTIONS
Step One:
Cut English muffins into halves then bake them in a toaster.
Step Two:
Put oil on a pan and saute thick-cut sausages, then put them on English muffins.
Step Three:
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt and vinegar, then add eggs one by one to cook poached eggs, then put them on sausages.
Step four:
Melt three cubes of smoked butter in a heat-resistant container. Put egg yolk, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl, mix it with a whisk, then add the melted smoke butter little by little.
Step five:
Pour the above sauce on top of poached eggs then put a cube of smoked butter on each. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper to serve.
