Step One:
Cut baguette into 9 pieces, spread uni butter on top, then grill it in a toaster for 3 minutes.
Step Two:
Cut mini tomatoes into dices, chop parsley, slice lemon, slice scallops thinly, and cut sprouts into halves.
Step Three:
Place 2 on 1. (mini tomatoes & parsley; onion & lemon & oil sardines; scallops & radish sprouts)
